Technology workshop on digital TETRA repeaters

Technology workshop on Axell Wireless digital TETRA repeaters for MICRO-LINK customers was held on 29th June 2010 in hotel Antunović in Zagreb.

Digital TETRA repeaters are the latest technology solution for solving bad radio signal coverage problems for existing TETRA networks. They are based on technology of software defined radio that has lots of advantages compared to conventional TETRA repeaters. Presentation of technical and functional features of the repeaters was held by experts from company Axell Wireless, Mr. Clemens Becker and Mr. Steve Rolfe.

Besides theoretical part of presentation that included technology and applications of digital TETRA repeaters, customers had an opportunity to actively participate in practical part of the workshop with demonstrations of real operation, and a frequency shifting digital repeater was also presented there as an innovative solution.

Besides digital TETRA repeaters, MICRO-LINK is also a distributor and system integrator for complete product line of company Axell Wireless, including also GSM/EDGE/UMTS/LTE repeaters.
