Following its long-time tradition, MICRO-LINK once again participated in MIPRO, the most significant international ICT and microelectronics convention in this part of Europe. The 30th Jubilee MIPRO International Convention was held from May 21st till 25th in Opatija, and MICRO-LINK was one of the convention's main sponsors.
MICRO-LINK is a traditional participant in MIPRO convention as a sponsor; with professional presentations of the newest technical achievements in the field of radiocommunications, and as an exhibitor of accompanying radiocommunication systems in the exhibition area.
 As this year's focus was on TETRA (Terrestrial Trunked Radio) systems, on MICRO-LINK's exhibition space were presented newest technical achievements which fulfil classic PMR (Professional/Private Mobile Radio) radio systems for voice/data communication and enable maximal efficiency of digital, IP oriented TETRA mobile radio system:
TETRA handheld user radio terminals MTH800, TETRA mobile user radio terminals MTM8000, TETRA desktop adapter ML-101 for mobile user terminal (MICRO-LINK's own product) and dispatcher multipurpose console.
Apart from TETRA devices, communication solutions for other purposes were also exhibited, including WiMAX radio systems, SATELLINE radio modems and Minipack power supply system.
MICRO-LINK held professional presentation on the subject
"TETRA – today and tomorrow – stationary/mobile multipurpose voice and data radio network in the function of rationalization and modernization of electrical distributing systems in Europe" , within HEP seminar. Presentation generated a great deal of interest, since it included all relevant expert, regulatory and applicable aspects of TETRA system implementation in the world and in Croatia.

For all guests MICRO-LINK had arranged cocktail party after the presentation on the terrace of Adriatic hotel, where delightful cuisine, drinks and "Opatija" klapa songs accompanied less formal atmosphere. |
